da bwin: Newcastle United have wasted no time in wrapping up their first few deals of what is expected to be a very busy transfer window indeed.
da spicy bet: The Toon have some massive pulling power with Rafa Benitez at the helm and it seems they are having no trouble convincing top players to temporarily drop down a division whilst they try and get out of the Championship as quick as possible.
With the signings of Matz Sels from Belgian giants Gent, Dwight Gayle from Crystal Palace and Matt Ritchie from Bournemouth already confirmed, Newcastle are set to be relentless in their bid to secure a quick return to the Premier League, but who else would fire them back to the top flight as quickly as possible?
Here’s FIVE more signings who have the quality to guarantee promotion at the first time of asking…
Andre Gray
It would be a tough ask to convince Premier League-bound striker Andre Gray to drop down a division, but he’s the sort of man you’d rely on to get goals at this level.
He did just that for Burnley this time last year and it was his huge haul of 23 goals that saw the Clarets promoted back to the top-flight.
Kári Árnason
Kari Arnason has been one of Iceland’s biggest heroes at the EUROs and he’s showed why so many people are holding him in such high regard.
He’s been defensively sound for the Iceland side all tournament and he epitomises the belief the whole side have shown throughout their campaign in France. He plays his domestic football for Swedish giants Malmo – proving he could have the credentials to help The Toon back to the top flight.
He also scores bangers as shown in the video above…
Patrick Bamford
He’s still on Chelsea’s books which means they still have some sort of faith in the abilities he possesses. A move to Newcastle could be the perfect platform to show Antonio Conte his true ability and it would also be the biggest opportunity of his young career too.
He’s pacey, energetic and works tirelessly – players like this are always useful in tricky Championship campaigns.

Victor Moses
Victor Moses’ Chelsea career has never really got going and with Antonio Conte coming in at the helm, it’s not going to get any easier for the former Liverpool man.
He had a pretty successful spell at West Ham last year as they clinched one of the final European places on offer and he’d be extremely good for Newcastle United at this level. He’s quick, works hard and knows where the goal is – perfect for the Championship.

Marco Van Ginkel
Van Ginkel spent the first part of last season on-loan at Stoke City before spending time with Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven after Christmas. He’s a midfielder who would marshal the Toon defence but is also competent going forward.
He picked up a league winner’s medal during his time with PSV, whilst scoring eight goals, too. He’s arguably not quite ready for the Chelsea’s first-team just yet so this move could be perfect.
