da esport bet: West Ham’s quarter-final replay against Manchester United – the last ever FA Cup fixture at Upton Park – has been a predictably feisty affair, with a place in the semi-final on the line and emotions on the terraces running high.
da 888: The first half brought some entertaining football but a lack of action at both ends, suggesting we could well be heading to extra time and potentially even the juxtaposing pleasure and pain of a penalty shootout.
But somewhat against the run of play, the visitors eventually broke the deadlock – or rather, United’s latest boy wonder Marcus Rashford broke the deadlock.
A lapsed pass from Michail Antonio ricocheted off a United leg and eventually found its way to the teenage striker, who dazzled defenders with quick feet to find some room in the box before curling the ball past a helpless Darren Randolph into the top corner on the 54-minute mark.
That makes it six goals in eleven appearances since Rashford made his senior debut for the Red Devils in February and needless to say, United fans on Twitter are pretty damn impressed. Here are some of their best responses.
Unfortunately for West Ham, matters have gone from bad to worse since Rashford’s strike. An instinctive finish from Marouane Fellaini, latching onto a Anthony Martial shot, has given the Red Devils a 2-0 lead.
